Hi Kendra! Thanks for being here today!
Thanks for inviting me to interview.
What was your first CD?
The first album I ever got was "...Baby One More Time" by Britney Spears.
Followed by the Spice Girls' "Spice" + "Spiceworld"
Then "Now That's What I Call Music 4".
For me, as Kendra & the Bunnies, my first album was released in 2019. It's a super intimate singer-songwriter folk project, titled "of Vinyl".
What TV show could you rewatch forever?
It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia.
The Twilight Zone.
What is the first thing you do when you wake up in the morning?
I appreciate peaceful mornings very much. Lately, when I wake up in the morning, I have been basking in the goodness of being alive.
Then it's iced coffee, while I listen to either a spiritual lesson or a podcast episode about the music business.
What song are you currently listening to on repeat?
"My Own Worst Enemy" by Lit
"The Mixed Tape" by Jack's Mannequin
"Swangin' and Bangin'" by ESG
What is your favorite genre of music?
Jam Band Americana
....... most genres, if there are good lyrics
What is your favorite holiday dish?
The gravy is the most important thing, firstly, then the stuffing.
My family friend made these amazing orange glaze rolls when I was growing up, so those too. I need to ask for the recipe.
Then pumpkin pie with cool whip!!!
What are you thankful for?
Acceptance of who I am, so I am able to be my best and most authentic self.
Forgiveness. Songwriting, writing poetry, music, mountains. Family & friends.
Good timing. GUITAR!
Please share with our readers how they can stay connected with you!!
